Fire in an unmanned server room

The problem

A server room with no staff on site around the clock can be well into a fire before anyone notices. Smoke detectors alone make it hard to tell where the fire started or what is happening.

What we built

Video-based fire detection recognizes flame and smoke and delivers footage of the source to the control room along with the alert.

Outdoor equipment too large to watch

The problem

Solar generation equipment spread widely outdoors is difficult to keep under constant watch by patrol alone, and pinpointing where a fault occurred takes time.

What we built

Fire detection was applied across the generation area so the site is monitored continuously.

Putting an invisible gas into numbers

The problem

Hazardous gas in a fire-suppression gas room cannot be judged by eye, and by the time it can be sensed it is already dangerous.

What we built

A combined pollution measurement system continuously records concentration levels and raises a warning before the threshold is crossed.

Education

Turning school safety into everyday management

The problem

Separate systems for CCTV, broadcasting and sensors meant teachers had to check several places, and awareness of a situation was delayed.

What we built

AI video analytics, air quality measurement and public address were combined so staff can confirm everything on one screen.

Education

Three new schools, one configuration

The problem

Building each school differently increases maintenance effort and the training burden on the staff responsible.

An identical configuration was applied to three schools in Paju so that operation and management screens are standardized.

One broadcast across an entire site

The problem

With many buildings and open areas spread apart, announcements and alerts that do not reach everywhere at once slow the spread of information.

A site-wide public address system was built so that guidance and alerts are broadcast simultaneously across every zone.
